    Where can I go to ask questions about certification programs?
    We can no longer answer email questions of this nature as it takes time away from developing resources for the rest of our visitors. The answers to the most common questions that we receive are already answered on our website. Use the tabs toward the top of the page or the navigation menu on the left to find more information about specific certifications. If you are unable to find what you are looking for, feel free to post your question in our forums which are located here.

    Where can I get answers to my career questions?
    We have a job search engine and many career tutorials in our Career & Jobs section. Still can't find what you are looking for? Go to our forums. Here you will be able to ask others for answers to your career and job related questions.

    How do I purchase one of your products or take a class from you?
    Our web site provides FREE resources for certifications. We do not have any products for sale or offer any training courses on this site. We do own CertifyPro.com where you can purchase our ExamSim practice exam software. There are also plenty of quality products listed in our Training Directory as well as the various advertisements on the site.

    Testing Center Questions:
    How can you offer all of this great material for free?
    The majority of the content that we offer our visitors is free and is funded by advertising and partnerships. If you would like to help keep these materials free, please help us.

    How do I take a practice exam?
    You must first be registered for our site. You can register by visiting our forums and clicking on the "Register" link. Once registered, simply click on the exam that you wish to take. On the resulting page, you can use the drop-down menu to select the number of questions that you would like to appear on your exam and then click the "Start the Test" button. Once you have answered the questions, you can have your exam graded by click on the "Submit Answers!" button located at the bottom of the page.

    The answers on my exam did not match the questions?
    There are several things that can cause this as follows:
    1. You need to make sure that you are using Internet Explorer 5 or higher. We are not testing our exams in all of the other browsers and have no idea if the exams will work or not.
    2. This problem can occur if you refresh or reload the page during the course of your exam. Do not do this or the questions and answers will not match up. If you need to start a new exam, return to the Testing Center index and select the exam you wish to take.
    3. You must have cookies and Javascript enabled in internet explorer for the exams to work properly. If you have any 3rd party software that blocks Javascript and cookies, then the tests probably will not work.
    4. If time runs out during your exam, the answers will not match up. Make sure that you select a number of questions for your exam that you can finish during the given time period. We will be making significant improvements to the testing software in the near future to address this and other issues.
    I have found an incorrect answer!
    Are you sure? We spend a lot of time researching our answers and it is more often that the user that emails us is wrong. If you are sure that you have found a mistake, please post your question in our support forum. Since the questions are presented at random, we need the QID # associated with the question. It is also helpful if you tell us which exam the question is in and paste the question into your forum post. It would also be appreciated if you could supply your rationale/support as to why our answer is incorrect.

    Are these the same questions that are on the real exams?
    No, that would be illegal for us to post such materials and cheating for you to use them! We believe very strongly in upholding and abiding by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and the law. The questions in our exams are developed to help you assess your knowledge of the material that you will be tested on in the real exam.

    Why can't I log in?
    If you have registered, did you activate your account by clicking on the link in the confirmation email message that we sent you? You must do this to activate your account

    I did not receive a confirmation email. What gives?
    Did you provide a valid email address? If so, then our message has either been incorrectly handled by your spam filters or your email server is blocking email from us. You need to supply an email address that is capable of receiving email from us. If you are using Yahoo, Hotmail, and other free email services, you will likely find our message in your bulk email or spam box.

    I've lost my password!
    Don't panic! While your password cannot be retrieved it can be reset. To do this go to the login page and click I've forgotten my password. Follow the instructions and you should be back online in no time.


    Newsletter Questions:
    How do I change the email address that your newsletter is sent to?
    You can manage your newsletter subscriptions in your profile. Simply login to the forums and click on the "Profile" link. In your profile, you can change your email address. Also, toward the bottom of this page, you can manage your subscriptions.

    Why are you spamming me?
    We DO NOT spam anybody and do not sell our address lists to any 3rd party. Our lists are 100% opt-in with security measures enabled to make sure that an email address is only added after we receive a response from that email address. Your email address is added to our list when you register for the site which is explained in our registration agreement. You are free to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time or can unsubscribe in your profile.

    I registered for your newsletter and I have not received anything?
    Our mailings and newsletter are fairly infrequent. We may not have sent anything out yet. Other common reasons include:
    1. Your mail box is full - This is the most common reason that our subscribers do not receive our newsletters. Keep your mailbox clean or use an email address that you check more frequently. After a period of time, your email address will be automatically removed if this is not corrected.
    2. Your security settings are incorrectly identifying our newsletter as spam. This is usually because the content filters set by your ISP or company network are set incorrectly.
    3. You have changed your email address and not updated it with us.
    4. Your ISP or company has restrictions on receiving HTML email. Our newsletter is sent out in HTML format.
    Your newsletters are blank!
    Our newsletter, as well as ads we send on behalf of our sponsors, are formatted in HTML. In order to properly view the messages, your email client must support HTML email and have this functionality enabled. Please note that at the time of this writing, Gmail does not support HTML email. Next, you need to make sure that the HTML is not being stripped out of the message by security filters on your client or at the network level. If you are unable to resolve this, you can login to your account, click on the link to your profile and unsubscribe. You may also contact us and request that you be removed from the list.
