Originally from Northern Ireland, now living in the UK. I am currently employed by RM, the leading supplier of IT to the education sector in the UK. I install bespoke Mircosoft and RM networks in schools across the UK as well as providing advanced network support and troubleshooting to our customers. I was award the MVP (Microsoft Most Valuable Professional) in 2004 and 2005. I also write Microsoft 2003 certification practice tests for Free-Tests.
