I am using their practice exams with the exam voucher as it seems to give you the best bang.
What I like about their practice tests.
They have preset exams that you can take and you can do it in exam mode to see where you stand.
The best part I like is that they have an "optimize exam experience." What this is, is that you can pick which subject matter that you fall short in or you can pick which questions you have gotten wrong X amount of times.
Once you get your practice score, you can review your answers by which ones were wrong and gives you a detailed explanation of the answers as well as reference web links to point you to a further explanation.
I only have the 70-290 so far and I have not taken the test for it yet so it is hard to say how well it prepares you.

I used the Transcender practice exam for Project+, and it was a lifesaver! I will definitely be using them again.

When I failed my first attempt at Oracle 9i by alot. I was shell shocked, after collecting my thoughts, I reached out and bought myself the Transcender preparation exams I needed. Next time, I walked in, finished my exam with 30 minutes to spare and walked out a Certified Oracle DBA.

If you use this in conjunction with books or CBTs, you will pass. I passed my A+ certification by treating both simulations as actual exams. You shouldn't memorize answers; Transcender forces you to concentrate on the concepts. You will get the confidence you need to pass the real exams if you do it the right way. My company bought the workstation licenses for A+, Network+, MCSE 2003 exams (most of them), and the CCNA exams.
