Is there a difference between a frame and a packet?
I am trying to understand the destination and source of communicating between two hosts.

packet layer 3 = layer 3 header

So when you send a packet it sends both the packet and frame header?

Are there any specific rules to follow when trying to figure out the source and destinations?
