Hi you guys, how are you?
I've been instructed (haha that sounds bossy) to create a router checklist. Let me explain, we are certified by the ISO 9000 standard, so these guys want us to write everything we do, on paper, for their records. The things is to just create this check list, so when some networking guys has to view a router that comes from the customer premises back to our headquarters he has to make sure whats going on with it, going point by point on this checklist.
The question is, what points would you add to this checklist? starting by, for example:
1.- POST Passed? yes -- no
2.- etc
3.- etc
