1) Interesting move. Well worth considering indeed.
2) Bear in mind that 291 is a hell of a lot more technical than 293 is. 293 is more planning, but you will find it a lot easier than 291. _________________ David Jones BSc (Hons)

Have any advice as to which one I should sit first?
I am thinking 291 in am, 293 in afternoon
I already have 291 scheduled for that afternoon
I would hate to fail first thing in the am, might be a blow to my morale _________________ Certified: MCP (70-210, 70-290, 70-293, 70-294)

If you are studying hard and have the time. I would do 291 first then 293. If you fail use the 2nd chance the very next day the testing center is open.

Yeah, 291 then 293.
But, I would make VERY much sure that you are ready for 291.
If you fail that though, would you want to go and do 293??
...
If I did my MCSE over, I would probably have done it in a different order, but there we go _________________ David Jones BSc (Hons)

Ok, I may have a slight problem.
Everyone was telling me that 293 was easier than 291, so I took the material forgranted and ASSUMED that studying for 291 would be sufficient. I realize today, the day before my exams, that I havent touched any materials for 293 yet. I will fire up transcenders today. However, I dont have much time to get into my moac or cbt... Are there any specific objectives I should brush up on for 293 NOT, i repeat NOT covered in 291??
Right now I will just cram cram cram 291 today/night, and hit 291 in the am and 293 in the afternoon tomorrow... is this completely insane? or may there be some method to my madness?

Clustering
Certificates
They are about the biggest.
I would postpone 293 for a week now, but if it's tomorrow, you won't be able to - but I would check! My provider I think put a one-business day minimum on notifying them of reschedules... _________________ David Jones BSc (Hons)

I am at work and just completed transcenders
291 - 760

I will cram cram cram then hit it... Looks like there is hope yet for our hero yet...
Edit: DAMN i just saw a spot next week that I could have sat 294... left my credit card at home :-/ _________________ Certified: MCP (70-210, 70-290, 70-293, 70-294)

Drunk during a MS exam? Sounds like you're taking certification seriously
Well... I had my exam scheduled, and I think I am taking my exams seriously. I mean all ive done for the past three weeks is Work, Study at work, go home study at home, and excersize. The friday before my exam, the hotel owner offered me luxury box tickets to the white sox game. A night game on friday. I am a HUGE sox fan, and did I mention not rich enough to get luxury box seats. So I felt obligated. In hind sight i drank too much, and it was an awful idea... I felt confident in the material, and did infact pass. Hind sight is 20/20, however I still dont regret it. (Now if i had failed, it would be a different story) anyhow, 210 and 290 were just way easy to me... not quite so with 291, 293, 294, 297 etc... I understand that I must really focus and concentrate esp if I am to get this MCSE in exam a week before 2nd shot is over fashion.
I dont know if you are a bigtime sports fan, if you aren't, I dont imagine you would be able to understand. _________________ Certified: MCP (70-210, 70-290, 70-293, 70-294)

I understand. Keep up the good work!
I'm not a huge sports fan but I do race motocross and I have had season Vikings tickets going on 9 years. Now where's the icon to put the paper bag over my head? _________________ MCSE NT4/2000/2003, MCSA 2000/2003, MCP, VCPx2, CCA, A+
