Filezilla FTP Server setup behind NAT

Hi MCMCSE users, I am having a simple issue with filezilla ftp server and I did RTFM but I don't understand what it says in the program regarding setting it up behind a NAT. it says put in the IP of the server if you are using NAT. what IP is it? is it the ISP IP or the internal ip? I have the port forwarding setup to the proper port udp and tcp. any suggestions? Wink

Without looking at it at all, I'm guessing that is supposed to be the address of the NAT device which in most cases is your default gateway IP.
