Troytec/Testkiller Owner Still Defiant: Recently, the owner of the now defunct Troytec and Testkiller web sites sent out a letter to his customer base hoping to help raise money for his pending legal battles. Garry Neale was a well-known seller of Microsoft exam questions who was recently busted by police and will likely be facing jail time for theft of trade secrets and money laundering. Read a copy of this ridiculous plea for help sent to us by one of his previous customers in our forums. MOUS Certification Changes Name: Microsoft has announced that they will be changing the Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS) certification title to Microsoft Office Specialist, removing the word "user".
