For many of you, the most obvious recent change is this newsletter. Those of you who are capable of receiving HTML email should have received an HTML version of this message. Plain text is still sent to those who do not have this capability.
We have upgraded our tesing engine to a new version that supports multiple answer questions. This gives us the ability to produce tougher questions that will do an even better job of preparing you for the exams. In addition, we replaced all of our Cisco exams with 300 brand new questions. We also added 6 new questions for Active Directory (70-217) and 5 new questions for ISA Server (70-227). For those of you who have not been to our Testing Center before, you should definitely go check out all of the free exams offered here.

| CompTIA To Increase Exam Prices: |
|
CompTIA has announced that they will raise the price of their certification exams effective February 1, 2002. The A+ exams will increase by $7 (US) and the rest will increase by $9 (US).
If you are among the first 5,000 professionals to earn this brand-new credential, you will receive a special-edition Charter Member MCSA wallet card and certificate acknowledging your achievement.
