Here is what we�ve been up to:

MC MCSE has purchased JoeMCSE.com. We are in the process of integrating the materials from this site into ours. If you are joining us from JoeMCSE.com, welcome to MC MCSE!

In our last newsletter, we announced a new program designed to reward our visitors with experience and prizes for writing for us. Thus far we have received 5 contributions 3 of which have been deemed to be in violation of copyright laws. COMPTIA PLEASED WITH MICROSOFT RULING:
CompTIA issued a press release supporting the court's decision in the Microsoft anti-trust case. CompTIA's Lars Lieber stated that "Today's ruling by the Court of Appeals is welcome news for competition and consumers - particularly the reversal of the lower court's breakup order". NETWORK+ REVISION BETA EXAM:
The Network+ beta exam will go live on July 31st. The final version of the exam will be released in January of 2002. CompTIA has posted and FAQ regarding the new beta exam that can be found at http://www.comptia.org/certification/networkplus/faq_beta.htm

SURVEY RESULTS:
Our most recent survey question asked, "Which certification should we begin supporting next?". The results were as follows:

39% - Oracle
30% - Server+
17% - I-net+
14% - CIW
There were 269 respondents.

We currently have plans to begin support for CIW, I-net+ and Server+ in the near future. We will evaluate the possibilities of supporting Oracle certifications as the result of your feedback.
