Server Migration:
We are in the middle of moving our sites to the new server. This site (mcmcse.com) may be moved as early as this week or sometime next week. There may be minor service disruptions during this time.
New Content Still Coming:
Our 70-620 exam is nearly complete and should hopefully debut within the next couple of weeks. We are also working on updates to our A+ and Network+ materials.

Microsoft has announced the release of 83-640, Configuring Windows Server 2008 Active Directory. This exam maps to the same objectives as 70-640, but this version (where available) contains a Performance Based component in addition to the standard exam item types.

Some thought the I.T. industry was recession-proof, afterall, companies need their technology working, right? Then how is it that an estimated that over 330,000 tech employees have been laid off worldwide since August of last year? Worse, the cuts have been occurring at an increasing pace. 84,217 tech jobs were cut in the first three months of this year which represents a 27% increase from the fourth quarter of 2008 according to Challenger, Gray & Christmas.
Don't have a panic attack yet as there may be signs of hope.
