New BCMSN Practice Test:
We have updated our Cisco BCMSN (642-812) practice test to the newer CCNP objectives. Our test has 134 free questions. I believe we are the first, and currently the only certification site in the world to offer a free test for this exam. Our BSCI exam will be updated shortly.

| :: Discount Vouchers for Microsoft Partners :: |

Pearson VUE has announced that they are offering discounted exam vouchers for select certification exams to Microsoft partners. Registered members and Microsoft Certified partners can receive 25% off and Microsoft Gold Certified Partners receive 30% off. The vouchers must be ordered by June 30, 2007. If your company is a Microsoft partner, ask your boss about ordering vouchers for you.

CompTIA is apparently working toward updating their Linux+ certification as they have announced that they are seeking subject matter experts (SME). Our moderator Drewm320 has been selected as a SME for the update process. The actual release of the updated exam is likely a year or more away. Click here for more information.

| :: CompTIA Convergence+ :: |
|
CompTIA has announced that their Convergence+ certification will go live on March 30th.
CompTIA describes the Convergence+ certification as follows:
"CompTIA Convergence+ validates the knowledge and skills in the area of Communications Technologies (CT), where datacomm, telephony/telecommunications, video and broadcast multimedia technologies combine into a single IP-based delivery system."
CompTIA recommends that candidates have 18-24 months work experience before taking the exam. For more information, click here.
CompTIA has announced that the CEA-CompTIA Digital Home Technology Integrator+ certification (CEA-CompTIA DHTI+) will be released on March 16th.
According to CompTIA, the CEA-CompTIA DHTI+ certification is geared toward those who work with electronic and digital home systems with a personal computer as the hub. They recommend that CEA-CompTIA DHTI+ candidates have 18-24 months experience in some area of home integration technology.
