| :: CIW Exams Covered for Veterans :: |
|
VCampus Corporation, owner of Prosoft Learning and the CIW certification, today announced that US veterans can now use their Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) education benefits to cover CIW (Certified Internet Web Professional) examination fees for 12 various CIW certification exams.
The VA education benefits are effective retroactively to June 1, 2005. Veterans eligible for benefits through the Montgomery G.I. Bill (Chapter 30), the Veterans Educational Assistance Program (Chapter 32), and the Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance Program (Chapter 35) can submit proof of their exam results and fee payment to the VA for reimbursement of the CIW exam fees, currently $125 per exam. Eligibility applies regardless of the number of exams taken or retaken, and includes exams taken for certification renewal and those taken in foreign countries. The benefit is still valid even if an individual does not pass the exam.

On July 19th, Microsoft released Exam 70-235 TS, "Developing Business Process and Integration Solutions Using Microsoft BizTalk Server". Passing this exam earns the candidate a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) on BizTalk Server 2006 title.

Candidates can register for the CCNA exam (640-801 exam or 640-821 INTRO or 640-811 ICND ) at Pearson VUE or Prometric testing centers.
In order to do their best, candidates should know what to expect at the testing center for the Cisco CCNA certification exam. Since testing center guidelines may vary from one center to another, we recommend that the candidates call the local testing center to check about the guidelines. Here are some points providing information on what you can expect at the exam center:
